Above Kihei and Wailea in South Maui, you are two minutes away from the most beautiful beaches on Maui, considered by many the most exquisite in the world. The Hawaiian tropical climate is warm and sunny year-round, so you can easily take advantage of the many recreational activities that Maui has to offer: snorkeling, hiking, tennis, golf, bike riding, local and international culture. All these activities are just a few minutes drive from the house. Or just find a tropical waterfall or stream and relax in the beauty of the Valley Isle, as Maui is called. You also have quick access to some of the island's best hotels, restaurants, and shopping, all in Wailea, but being high up above it all, you have a totally unobstructed view of the ocean, islands, and glorious sunsets. From the deck, you can even spot the whales when they come visiting! 

Hale Alana is a beautifully decorated three bedroom, three bathroom Polynesian style home, with artwork and plants, and fully equipped with modern conveniences, including central air conditioning, three color TV's, VCR, stereo, CD player, three cordless phones and an answering machine, as well as a modern kitchen, open dining room, breakfast bar and laundry room. The two master bedrooms have California king size beds, walk-in closets, and dual sinks and showerheads; the third bedroom has two double beds and a large closet with sliding mirror doors. Skylights, ceiling fans, and an interior lava rock divider wall add to the tropical environment. The deck has outdoor dining tables and chairs, chaise lounges, rockers, barbeque grill, and, of course, the fabulous hot tub for those relaxing times under the stars of Maui. RATES

For Regular Season, from April 15 - Dec. 14, 2008, our base rate is $350/night plus tax for up four guests, and $35/night for each additional guest, plus $200 cleaning fee. During our High Season (12/15/07 - 4/15/08, and 12/15/08 - 4/15/09), our rates are increased by 20%. Please inquire for Christmas rates and conditions. There is a minimum one week stay, and extra days are prorated. (Please inquire about our monthly discounts). All our rates are extremely competitive when you consider that the nightly rate of a typical accommodation at the nearby hotels in Wailea is many times more than the rate for the entire house! We offer high quality accommodations at bargain prices.

BOOKING

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due upon your arrival. Please know that your deposit is non-refundable; however, should you cancel your date, we will make every attempt to rebook it and refund you a pro-rata amount.
